What is “RSS”?

I know that some people are not familiar with the term “RSS” even though they have probably seen the icons on web sites or in their browser. Here is a quick video that explains it all in easy to understand terms:

    This is a great resource that does a wonderful job of explaining what an RSS feed is and how it works. Having an RSS is a great way to network and market the content on your site.
