I have often conidered the vegitarian life sty le.Not one to eat a lot of red meat anyways mostly fish and chicken,I am still looking for a better alternative considering the chemicals still added to poultry and the pollutants found in most of our waterways and fish.At the same time I am concerned about proper nutrition and can a veggy life style provide that?Please send me the infomation I need to make an intelligant choice
I am very interested in the vegetarian lifestyle. I would appreciate any info on the matter. At the present time I have several long terms health conditions and I really need to clean my system of all the toxins. My caediologist advised me to lowe4r my blood pressure and weight.
