Oprah’s Vegan Cleanse Diet
Oprah is working on an “inner makeover”. She will start by following Kathy Freston’s method in her book “Quantum Wellness.” Oprah will be doing a 21 day cleanse. Some of the things that she will be eliminating from her diet include caffine, sugar, alcohol, gluten, and animal products. Great to see that Oprah is getting on board making her own vegan recipes and promoting a healthy lifestyle. She is certainly an inspiration to many!
