Oprah’s Vegan Cleanse Diet

Oprah is working on an “inner makeover”. She will start by following Kathy Freston’s method in her book “Quantum Wellness.” Oprah will be doing a 21 day cleanse. Some of the things that she will be eliminating from her diet include caffine, sugar, alcohol, gluten, and animal products.
