Why exercise, and what are the different types of exercise?

You have become a vegetarian (or are thinking of becoming one) for a variety of reasons. One of the biggest is health. And exercise is a big part of health!

There are many benefits of exercise. It is good for your internal organs and bones. It increases your muscle strength. It burns calories. It even makes you feel and look better! I could go on and on, but you get the idea.
