looks good, just the way mom makes it! :) I just buy the Gits packaged handvo and add crushed ginger, garlic, chilis and frozen methi, then i bake it in the oven with the vagar on top...it tasted pretty good...it's a GREAT breakfast for me, since i'm running around to get to class in the mornings, i just grab handvo and eat it in the car...

I have 2 dressings. Sometimes I'll shake the salad up with salt and let it sit for awhile before eating. yummy. But my most favorite is salt, mashed avocado and raw honey, (add lemon and put it on top of the salad if your not going to eat it right away). Then stir well to coat the salad before eating. This is so wonderful, I hardly like to eat anything else. (also, If you have tomatoes you don't need the honey to thin out the avocado. But I love the sweetness it adds).

awesome recipe! I've made something similar but without dill. It seems like a good idea though. I think my favorite dressing is 1 cup of raw cashews, juice of 2 oranges, sea salt and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. It's pretty sweet. You can check it out in my 'beet stack salad' video :)

well tahini paste is just well ground sesame seeds, so if you have a good blender or food processor you can make your own tahini, just lightly toast and then grind up a whole bunch of sesame seeds :)
